The villa has about 1800 square feet of interior space with an open area living room and kitchen, a dining room with an adjoining wet bar pantry, two interior full bathrooms and an exterior half bath by the pool. The master bedroom with a very spacious closet and en suite bath is now used as a roomy den and office with informal sleeping for guests. It can easily be converted to a formal master bedroom. The second bedroom is smaller with a giant closet and a full bath across the hall.

This is the Caribbean and you will spend more of your time outside where there is a beautiful covered wooden deck running the length of the villa with an extension for sunning or night time stargazing. You will even be able to count the falling stars and make wishes on each of them. In square feet the deck is almost as large as the interior of the villa.
